Prof Cao and Dr Hua attended the 18th Three Univ Thermal Engineering Conference at Kyoto, Japan
Prof Bingyang Cao and Dr Yuchao Hua attended  the 18th Three University (Kyoto-Seoul National-Tsinghua) Thermal Engineering Conference on November 1-4 at Kyoto, Japan. Dr Yuchao Hua delivered a presentation about ballistic-diffusive heat transport in HEMT, and Prof Cao chaired the session in terms of micro-nanoscale measurements.
