Prof Cao and Dr Hua attended the ASME MNHMT2019 at Dalian
The 6th ASME Micro/Nanoscale Heat & Mass Transfer International Conference (MNHMT2019) was held at Sweetland Hotel, Dalian, China, on July 8 – 10, 2019. Prof Bingyang Cao organized the session "Nanoscale heat conduction in device applications", and Cao & Hua orally presented "Thermal Spreading Resistance in Ballistic-Diffusive Regime for GaN HEMTs".
