Min Yang et al won Best Paper Award on 14th National Conference of Space Thermophysics
The 14th National Conference of Space Thermophysics was held in Wulumuqi Xinjiang on August 21-24. Our paper entiltled "Flow and heat transfer characteristics of a hybrid-structure microchannel heat sink for IC cooling (Authors: Min Yang, Motong Li, Bingyang Cao)" won the Best Paper Award.
