Mr Yuanbin Liu won the 1st Buxuan Wang-Zengyuan Guo Best Poster Award on National Heat Transfer Conference 2020, which was held in Guangzhou on November 27-29. Yuanbin's poster is on machine learning interatomic potential developed for molecular simulations on thermal properties of β-Ga2O3. On the conference, Prof Bingyang Cao gave an invited talk on thermal management in electronic systems: physics, materials & structures. Yuchao Hua, Yang Shen, and Hanling Li attended the conference as well.
