Guang Yang won Best Paper Award on The 2nd National Thermophysical Properties Conference held at Shanghai
The 2nd National Thermophysical Properties Conference was held on May 21-24 at Shanghai, hosted by Shanghai Polytechnic University. Guang Yang's paper, entitled "Three sensor 3ω-2ω method for simutaneously measurment of thin film thermal conductivity and interfacial thermal resistance of electronic devices", won the Yuzhi Extreme Condition Thermophysical Properties Measurement Award.
