Prof Cao won Xingchen Award of HUAWEI
The Union Institute of Tsinghua Uniersity and HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD announced the 2021 Xingchen Award winners recently. Prof Bingyang Cao was among them due to the significant contributions to the thermal management technologies of 5G electronic devices.
