Yang Shen won Best Poster Award on the 2022 National Heat and Mass Transfer Conference
The 2022 National Heat and Mass Transfer Conference was held on December 16-18 online, hosted by Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Mr Yang Shen won the Second "Buxuan Wang-Zengyuan Guo" Best Poster Award with his paper "The bias dependence of non-Fourier thermal spreading in GaN HEMTs".
