The Workshop on Thermal Science and Technology was held on April 24 at School of Aerospace Engineering, Tsinghua University, which was one of the Series Academic Events for celebrating the 112nd anneversary of Tsinghua University. On the workshop, Prof Bingyang Cao gave a talk on "New thermal physics and technologies in thermal managements of electronics".
