TDA (thermal design automation) patents were granted
Recently, our TDA (thermal design automation) innovation patents were granted. The concept of TDA (thermal design automation) for electronics, supplementing EDA (electronic design automation), was proposed by Prof Bingyang Cao, and this first granted innovation patent means the formal implement of TDA technologies.
