The 1st A3 Nano & Thermal Energy Engineering Workshop was held on January 14-15 at Tokyo, Japan, hosted by the University of Tokyo. Prof Bingyang Cao was invited to give a talk on TDA (Thermal Design Automation) for Multiscale Thermal Managements of Electronic Devices.
