On the morning of June 18, the inauguration and plaque-unveiling ceremony for the Tsinghua University–Zhejiang Hailiang Co., Ltd. Joint Research Center for Advanced Liquid Cooling Technology (hereinafter referred to as the “Joint Research Center”) was held in the Gongzi Hall. Wu Huaqiang, Vice President of Tsinghua University, and Wang Lihong, Chairperson and Party Secretary of Hailiang Group, attended the ceremony.

The Tsinghua University–Zhejiang Hailiang Co., Ltd. Joint Research Center for Advanced Liquid Cooling Technology will focus on technical areas such as the fundamental theories, methodological frameworks, smart manufacturing, and system integration of advanced liquid cooling and thermal management systems. It aims to establish a comprehensive technological framework spanning the entire chain from basic research to industrial implementation, providing a high-level platform to support independent innovation in China’s liquid cooling technology.
