The 18th International Heat Transfer Conference was held on August 2-7 at Brazil. Prof Bingyang Cao gave Keynote lecture entitled "Thermal Design Automation for multiscale thermal managements of electronic systems", and Panel talk entitled "Thermal Management Materials for Electronic Devices" on the panel of Cooling and Thermal Management for Microchips and Data Centers, which was organized by Profs. Sunny Ri Li at the University of British Columbia and Fei Duan at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
