Prof Cao gave Keynote lecture on the 9th International Symposium on Heat Transfer
The 9th International Symposium on Heat Transfer (ISHT2016) was held on August 15-19, 2016 in Beijing. Prof Bingyang Cao was invited by the symposium chair, Prof Peixue Jiang at Department of Thermal Engineering, Tsinghua University, to gave a Keynote lecture on "Non-Fourier heat transport in nanostructures". Daosheng Tang and Wenjun Yao also attended the conference and introduced their research on "Ballistic thermal wave propagation in nanowires and superlattice nanofilms by phonon Monte Carlo simulations; Phonon modal thermal nonequilibrium across interfaces and the modal contribution to interfacial thermal conductance;Phonon modal temperatures and local thermal non-equilibrium in non-equilibrium molecular dynamics (Collaborations with Xiulin's group) ".
