Wenjun won Second Student Presentation Award on 2016 National Heat Transfer Conference
HEG members (Prof. Bingyang Cao, Xueming Yang, Jianfei Xie, Wenjun Yao, Daosheng Tang, Bendian Nie and Jihang Zou) attended the 2016 National Heat Transfer Conference on Oct 21-23 at Beijing. They gave talks and posters on "Thermal wave propagation in phonon ballistic-diffusive regime by Monte Carlo simulations (by Daosheng Tang) ", "Nanochannel flows past permeable walls (by Jianfei Xie)", " Spectral phonon temperature method and local thermal non-equilibrium in graphene (by Wenjun Yao)", "Phonon thermal properties of graphene on h-BN (by Jihang Zou)" and "Thermal wave reflection and refraction at a plane interface without thermal resistance (by Bendian Nie)", respectively. Wenjun Yao was awarded the Second Student Presentation Award. Congratulations!
