Prof Bingyang Cao and HEG members attended the Third Asian Conference on Thermal Sciences (ACTS 2024) held at Shanghai on June 23-27, 2024. Prof Cao gave a keynote entitled "TDA (Thermal Design Automation): Realizing multiscale thermal managements for electronic systems", and served as the Moderator of the Panel Discussion II "Thermal Sciences and AI". Zhaoyang Liu and Lei Yang also attended the conference and presented their work.
