The 5th Cross-Strait Symposium on Gallium Oxide and Related Materials and Devices was held on October 10-12 in Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory at Dongguan. Prof Bingyang Cao was invited to give a keynote talk on heat conduction properties of Beta-Ga2O3 and its heterostructures, and to attend the round table discussion about the future of Gallium Oxide related research and industries.
